The istanbulogistics.com website is operated by İstanbul Lojistik Hiz. Taş. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“Istanbul Logistics”). Our head office: Merkez Mah. Atatürk Cad. Sanat Sk. No: 3 Sancaktepe — Istanbul.
Your personal data is processed by Istanbul Logistics as the data controller under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). For details, please see our KVKK Information Notice.
Our website has no memberships, comments or user accounts. Personal data is collected only when you choose to contact us.
When you fill out the contact form, we receive your full name, email address and, optionally, your company name, phone number, the services you are interested in and your message. Information you share when you reach us by phone or email is recorded for the same purpose.
When you visit the site, our hosting infrastructure keeps technical records such as IP address, browser type, page visited and date/time in standard server logs for security and service continuity.
We use the information you send us to respond to your request, prepare quotes, contact you about our logistics services and manage our business relationship.
Technical records are used only to keep the site secure, detect errors and prevent abuse. We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent, and we never sell it.
To manage the transition animation between pages, our site keeps a single flag containing no personal data in your browser’s session storage (sessionStorage). It is deleted when you close the browser tab.

The fonts, images and all other files on our site are served from our own servers. While you browse, your browser does not connect to an external content service such as Google Fonts, and your IP address is not shared with third parties this way.
Our News section links to content from other publishers. When you click these links, the privacy policy of the relevant site applies; Istanbul Logistics is not responsible for the practices of these sites.
Your personal data is shared only to the extent necessary to fulfill your request: with our group companies, with the service providers that run our website hosting and email infrastructure, and with authorized public institutions where required by law.
We keep the information you send us until your request is resolved, for the duration of any business relationship that follows, and for the statutory retention periods set by the relevant legislation. When the period ends, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
Server logs are not kept longer than security requires.
To prevent unauthorized access to, loss of or misuse of your data, we apply appropriate technical and administrative measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limiting access to authorized staff only.
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it is, to request its correction if it is processed inaccurately or incompletely, to request its deletion when the legal conditions are met, and to claim compensation if you suffer damage.
